Анексія Буковини – суб’єктивні роздуми через 250 років про цю подію та її наслідки

Стаття присвячена аналізу політико-правових та культурно-цивілізаційних наслідків анексії Буковини Австрійською імперією у 1775 році. Зроблено спробу критично осмислити історіографічну та дипломатичну термінологію, пов’язану з цим процесом, і обґрунтовано вживання терміна «анексія» як найбільш адекватного з огляду на односторонність дій Австрії, відсутність волевиявлення Молдавського князівства та примусово-договірний характер угоди з Османською імперією.
У культурному аспекті акцент зроблено на формуванні мультикультурного простору регіону в межах Габсбурзької монархії, що зумовило взаємодію різних етнічних, релігійних і мовних спільнот. Розглянуто модернізаційні практики, запроваджені австрійською адміністрацією, та їхній вплив на формування унікальної культурної ідентичності Буковини.
Анексія Буковини 1775 року мала далекосяжні наслідки, що виходять за межі політико-правового дискурсу. Це була подія, що започаткувала глибоку трансформацію соціальних структур, культурної динаміки й політичної уяви регіону. Буковина перетворилася на приклад успішної, хоча й неоднозначної інтеграції периферійної території до складу імперії з модернізаційними практиками.
